After starting her career as a financial adviser for a firm in Cornwall where she grew up, Salli moved to Sussex in 1991 and set up PWM in 2003. Salli’s ethos is to provide exceptional client service by always looking at the bigger picture and advising her clients so they can get the most out of their future plans, property goals and life aspirations. In her spare time, Salli enjoys cycling, running and yoga.

James joined the PWM team in May 2020. Having originally started his career with Nationwide as a cashier, James quickly progressed to branch management and a career in mortgage advice, winning best national newcomer at the company. James’ ethos is focused on adding value to his clients’ lives, doing what is best for them and ensuring they understand the process from start to finish. An avid Manchester United fan, James also loves playing squash, taking on DIY projects (and doing a terrible job!), visiting different countries and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Sam joined PWM in 2020 as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Having worked in Financial Services since 2011 with Santander, Sam then moved on to a mortgage administration role for the next 5 years, she then took the leap to become an adviser and qualified 2019. She most enjoys helping our clients achieve their dream home and supporting them every step of the way. In her spare time Sam enjoys fitness, travel and photography.

Nathan joined PWM in 2020 having previously worked at Barclays Bank since 2008. Nathan worked as a Premier Mortgage Adviser at Barclays specialising in complex premier cases for high net worth customers. Nathan enjoys giving outstanding customer service and finding solutions to the most challenging mortgage cases. In his spare time you can usually find him out on his Ducati 1098s or up in the Surrey Hills mountain biking.

Chaz joined PWM in 2021 as a Mortgage Adviser. Having previously worked at Barclays, Chaz progressed his way through a number of roles, including cashier, personal banker and go-to banker, before specialising in mortgages in 2019. Chaz enjoys building a relationship with customers and helping them through their journey. Outside of work, Chaz enjoys spending time with his son Matthew, and running a football club which has two teams playing in the local Saturday league.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, Amanda’s sociable and conscientious personality has earnt her the trust of a large portfolio of clients. She prides herself on treating all clients as individuals and particularly enjoys working on more challenging cases so that individuals can successfully realise their goals. As well as spending time with her family, Amanda is a keen cyclist and enjoys wakeboarding, reading and taking time out to go on holiday.

Lauren joined PWM in 2020 as a Mortgage and Protection Administrator and quickly progressed to become Processing Manager. Having previously worked in the industry since 2017, Lauren brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise and understands the importance of working closely with our clients through every step of the client journey. Lauren excels in ensuring our clients feel supported and at ease at all times. Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and going out with her friends.

Emma joined PWM in 2015, originally working as Salli’s PA. Since then, Emma has worked across all areas of the business and gained her CeMAP qualifications. In her role as Operations Manager, Emma enjoys working with the team to implement and improve processes, ensuring our clients receive a 5 star service every time. In her spare time Emma loves spending time with her friends and family especially when good food and drink are involved!

After working in the airline industry, Pat embarked upon a career in banking where she gained experience in the accounts department. Since joining PWM in 2004, Pat has been at the helm of the company’s finances keeping a close eye on its income and expenditure. When she’s not in the office keeping the accounts organised, Pat enjoys walking, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.

Angela originally started her career processing life assurance and working on pension reviews. After working as an administrator for an IFA, Angela joined PWM in 2006. Specialising in compliance and protection, Angela’s main role is overseeing the compliance department ensuring it runs smoothly and that clients receive exceptional service. In her spare time, Angela enjoys theatre trips, floristry, running, cycling, yoga and spending time with her family.

Helen’s varied career background as a beauty therapist, cabin crew and childminder, means she developed incredible people skills and excellent organisational abilities making her an administrative whizz. When she’s not at the office, Helen enjoys spending time upcycling furniture, going walking with friends and eating pub lunches.

Megan is the latest addition to the PWM team, joining us as our Mortgage Administrator. She has developed brilliant customer service skills through her background in retail, and her passion for helping others means she will be a real asset to our team. In her spare time, you’ll find Meg out in the countryside, at the beach with friends, or cosied up with a good book.
